What should I include in a quote request?

The product type, specs or model, estimated quantity, timing and delivery location. For electronics, add condition and storage. For oil, the grade and packaging. The more detail, the faster we can quote.

Does a request commit me to an order?

No. A request starts the conversation. Availability, pricing, minimums, payment terms and delivery are all confirmed with you before anything is ordered.

Can you set up recurring supply?

Yes. Tell us how often and how much you buy, and we'll plan around it. Many oil and pool customers reorder on a set schedule.

Which states do you ship to?

All 50. We've supplied businesses in every state since 2019. Some regulated pool chemicals have carrier limits; we'll tell you on the quote if any apply.

How does payment work for oil orders?

For oil, you pay the warehouse directly at checkout and it ships to you, so the price you see is the warehouse price. Payment terms for other divisions are set on each quote.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Only if you're buying to resell and want to purchase tax-exempt. We'll tell you what your state requires and keep it on file for future orders.
